Mona came into rescue as a new mother, prior to that she was a stray content to visit various homes looking for a handout and some loving pets.

A good Samaritan took Mona in when she was heavily pregnant and gave her a safe place to have her babies, unfortunately through no fault of Mona’s she couldn’t stay there.

Since being in rescue Mona has been a great momma to her 6 babies and she is loving and gentle with her humans, though she can get vocal on occasion.

Mona is not sure about being a house cat yet, but she does like to follow her human around from room to room and check everything out. She is wary of the other animals in the house, she is not aggressive but also not interested in being friends either, this is very all new to her.

Mona is looking for a quiet place where she can learn to be a cat, learn to play and live a life of leisure. Mona is house broken and to date has shown impeccable manners, though she does enjoy drinking from the sink faucet and playing in water.

Adoption fee includes well exam, De-Worming, Flea Treatment, Spay/Neuter, age appropriate vaccines, and FIV/FelV testing.
